Volturno is recognized by the Associazione Pizzaiuoli Napoletani to make pizza according to the strict guidelines set forth by Italy. Our pizza is charred, airy, and soft with a delicate chew. According to the classical guidelines, the wheat flour dough must be kneaded by hand or in a low speed mixer. Once risen, the dough can only be hand formed. Our toppings are chosen with a commitment to quality and freshness using a farm to table approach that defines Italian cooking.
